I fall in and out of love with smoothies. Here is the recipe I have been making a lot lately. I don’t measure anything but just put in enough for your personal taste.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
2-3 pitted dates
1/2 avocado
2 cups pineapple juice
sometimes I add vegan yogurt but it is good without
This makes 2 large servings.
