Enrollment is open for our SPRING 2016 Teacher Training session! This program will not only change the way you see yoga but will transform your body, mind, and spirit. Primary Series Continuing Ed.
We are opening up the first two weekends of our Spring 2016 Teacher Training Program as continuing ed to current 200-Hour Certified yoga instructors. Interested teachers can participate in either just the first weekend or the first two weekends where Mimi and Elliott will be breaking down the fundamentals of teaching and adjusting through a complete Primary Series practice.

Karma Classes Are BACK
These 60-minute Intermediate-level classes are taught by our teachers-in-training for a limited time. Drop in for only $8 (proceeds benefit Maple Farm) or use your existing class cards or memberships to attend.

Love for Riley Fundraiser
Almost-one-year-old Riley, daughter of our very own Kate Brigham and her husband Jordan, was recently diagnosed with Infantile Spasms, a rare and serious seizure disorder. Meditation with Karen
Like yoga, no one is “bad” at mediation. You do by practice! Join Karen “Shanti” Caiazzo Thursday nights at 6:30 pm in Cambridge for a 30-minute sit. We will practice breathing techniques, mantra, and open-eye meditation. Appropriate for beginners and seasoned meditators.

Partner Yoga Workshop
Two Astanga Workshops with Lynne
Lynne will be leading two separate Astanga workshops to give students an opportunity to breakdown the more complicated parts of the series. Part I: The Seated Pretzel Poses (Saturday, February 20, 1pm-3pm) and Part II: Roll Around and Invert (Saturday, March 5, 1pm-3pm). Sign up for one or both!

Yoga With Live Cello
Come to this inspiring and melodic class set to the acoustic loops of Lady Ray. This 90-minute experience will both invigorate and fully relax you. Starting with 15 minutes of seated meditation and moving into a flowing sequence taught by Karen Shanti Caiazzo, with live cello provided by Rachel Barringer.

Kanga & Joeys Yoga Series
Join Devon and Kat in Cambridge for this kids’ yoga series for students 3.5-6 with a focus on exploring yoga asana from the Animal Kingdom while a parent/guardian does adult yoga across the hall in the other studio.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a balanced class especially designed for you during your pregnancy year. Appropriate for beginning and experienced yoginis.
Prenatal: Somerville – 7pm Sunday nights with Barrett; Cambridge – 5:45pm Wednesday nights with Devon.
Postnatal (for mommies with infants prior to crawling): Cambridge – 11am Tuesdays with Devon; Somerville – 10am Fridays with Devon
Astanga 2nd Series
Join Elliott & Lynne and practice the Second Series of aṣtanga yoga. This practice builds on the work in our regular Primary Series classes, but focuses more on backbending and hip opening, with some fun inversions, dynamic jumping postures, and of course the 7 headstands.
