Yoga for Beginners

Starting a yoga practice can be quite an undertaking!  We recommend students new to the studio or new to yoga attend Basics classes — but if you are totally new — either never done yoga at all or only or are pretty new to a vinyasa style of practice — we’d recommend getting on the waitlist for our Intro to O2 Yoga workshop.

We are currently considering running a 4-week Thursday evening series with Tina in Cambridge on the following dates: January 31, February 7, February 14, and February 21.

Each session would run from 5:30pm-7pm and have a focus/theme:
Week 1) Vinyasa & Standing Poses
Week 2) Using props & Seated Poses
Week 3) Arm Balances/ & Inversions
Week 4) Backbends & Twists

Cost: $100 for all 4 weeks or $30 per drop-in.

We need a minimum of 5 students to run this workshop, so please email sarah@o2yoga.com ASAP if you’d be interested in signing up.
