Join Emily Sullivan on Saturday, November 23 from 2-4 p.m. for this restorative workshop. Bring your partner, friend or family member and learn some Thai Yoga Massage moves to do at home. This ancient bodywork involves guided stretching, pressure point, and breath work to increase relaxation and decrease muscle tension. Partners’ Thai Yoga Massage 2 will focus on the side-lying position, which allows access to the shoulders, back and hips. We will also cover abdominal work, hand, and face massage. Thai Massage Workshop 1 is not a prerequisite. Please bring two pillows and a hand towel per pair. You will need these as bolsters for side-lying. Wear yoga or sweat pants (not shorts) and a t-shirt (long or short-sleeved) so you can move comfortably; avoid baggy clothing, zippers and buttons. Enrollment is $70/pair. Sign up here.
