I don’t know why I haven’t made these before. They are relatively easy and totally yummy. Get out your food processor with grating blade. Of course you can hand grate everything but it will take a lot more time. I haven’t quite mastered these but I am getting close. The easiest way to make them is to take Kale, I like the curly kind, and wash and tear, remove the stem. Then you toss it with salt, pepper, olive oil and any other spice you like. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1/2 hour or so.
