On Sunday, November 17 from 3 to 4:30 p.m., enjoy a workshop combining two self-care practices: yoga and acupuncture. Tina will lead you in a restful and rejuvenating 90-minute restorative yoga practice; while Lynnie, a licensed acupuncturist, will offer acupressure to bring energetic balance to the body and calm the mind. Without the use of needles, acupressure is a technique that applies pressure with the hands to specific points on the body along energetic pathways/meridians. Prior yoga experience is not necessary.
